Outstanding Organization in Labor Relations and Welfare Award

Bangkok Lab & Cosmetic Co., Ltd. has received the award since 2006 by Department of Labor Protection and Welfare. The award is given to honor the employer who offers good management in labor relations and welfare to employees.

Purpose

Department of Labor protection and welfare arrange the outstanding organization in relation labour and welfare award. The purpose is to support good relation in organization by working together to resolve labour problems with bilateral system. Hoping that it can reduce conflicts between employee and employer. It can cause exchange of information, create good attitude and sincerity. And it also urges employer to realize the important of development style and welfare system that apart from the law in the organization for offering to employees, the employee will be convenience, secure and safe in working. It will affect to employee and their family to be well-being, better working life which lead to increasing effective collaborated work and live together with good relation. It is also the award to honor the employer who can manage about good relation labour and welfare for employees.

1.To create an incentive to the employer and employee to see importance of good relation labour and arrangement of standard system in organization.

2.To encourage employer to develop style and system of good relation labour and standard welfare.

3.To build awareness in supporting good relation labour and welfare in organization to employee and employer, also trade union and other bilateral committee.

4.To honor to organization which run business with good relation labour and welfare system for employee. And, to be a model for other organization to encourage employer, employee, trade union and other bilateral committee to corporate well.
